Each individual may hold only one active pkr3 account. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, mobile number, device, or payment method — will be suspended and any balance held pending investigation in accordance with our anti-fraud policy.
All promotional bonuses on pkr3 are subject to wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal request can be processed against bonus-derived funds.
The pkr3 platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. pkr3 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr3 login credentials. pkr3 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to secure your login details or shared them with a third party.

Any account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
Each individual may register and maintain only one pkr3 account. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified through matching identity documents, shared mobile numbers, shared payment instruments, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — are prohibited. pkr3 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals, and void any bets or winnings associated with accounts found to be in violation of this rule.
You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and payment details — is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to notify pkr3 promptly of any changes to your registered details. pkr3 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information provided by the Player.
By registering, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of play, and that it is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction. pkr3 does not make any representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your pkr3 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pkr3 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional security measure. pkr3 will not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
pkr3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of the payment method used. Until KYC verification is completed to pkr3's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be withheld. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension.
An account is considered inactive if no login or financial transaction has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. pkr3 reserves the right to levy an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per calendar month on dormant account balances, following notification to the Player's registered mobile number. The balance will not be reduced below zero as a result of inactivity charges.
Players may request the closure of their pkr3 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method subject to satisfactory KYC completion. Bonus funds not yet converted through wagering will be forfeited upon account closure.
pkr3 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, and USDT. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except USDT, which is converted at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. pkr3 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction charges, for which pkr3 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the deposited amount. Winnings exceeding the deposited amount may be withdrawn to any registered payment method on the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory KYC verification. pkr3 targets the following processing times: JazzCash/EasyPaisa under 10 minutes; Raast and bank transfers 15–30 minutes; USDT 10–30 minutes. These are targets, not guaranteed timelines.
pkr3 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. pkr3 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect the transaction involves proceeds of unlawful activity. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large transactions. Any suspicious activity will be reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
All bets placed on pkr3 are subject to the specific rules of the product being used — sportsbook, live casino, slot games, or arcade — as published on the relevant section of pkr3.vip. In the event of any discrepancy between these General Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall take precedence for matters relating to that product.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, payout calculations, or system operation, pkr3 reserves the right to void affected bets or correct the error, regardless of whether the error resulted in an apparent gain or loss to the Player. A "manifest error" includes, without limitation, an odds price clearly inconsistent with the market, a software malfunction causing incorrect game outcomes, and human data-entry errors. pkr3 shall not be liable for any financial loss resulting from a Player's decision to place a bet on a manifest error price.
pkr3 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline, limit, or void any bet placed on the platform without being required to provide a reason. This right is exercised where pkr3 has reasonable grounds to suspect collusion, match-fixing, abuse of system vulnerabilities, or any other prohibited conduct. The placement of a bet does not constitute automatic acceptance — acceptance is confirmed only when a bet reference number is displayed to the Player.
In-play and live betting markets are offered subject to the availability of data feeds from pkr3's sports data providers. pkr3 does not guarantee the continuous availability of live markets. Odds in live markets are subject to change up until the point of confirmed bet acceptance. Any bet placed during a known network interruption or data feed delay may be voided at pkr3's discretion.
pkr3 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to these General Terms and to the specific terms published with each individual promotion. In the event of conflict, specific promotion terms prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be processed against funds derived from the bonus. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Incomplete wagering at the expiry of the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, the placement of opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, and the systematic exploitation of reload bonuses — is strictly prohibited. pkr3 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings from any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse, and to suspend or permanently close that account.
pkr3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Promotions are subject to availability and may not be available to all players. Players subject to responsible gaming restrictions, including self-exclusion or deposit limits, may have their eligibility for certain promotions suspended automatically.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pkr3. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

pkr3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where pkr3 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a financial, reputational, or legal risk to the platform. Upon termination for breach, pkr3 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation and, if fraud is established, forfeit that balance entirely.
Where an account is suspended without fault on the part of the Player (for example, due to a regulatory requirement), pkr3 will return the remaining real-money balance to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to KYC completion.
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome, withdrawal, or any other platform matter, the Player should first contact pkr3 customer support via live chat. pkr3 will aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days of receiving the initial complaint.
If the matter is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the initial support channel, the Player may escalate the complaint in writing via email to the address provided in Section 17. pkr3 will review escalated complaints and provide a final written determination within 14 business days.
pkr3's decision on matters relating to game outcomes and bet settlements, once confirmed through the escalation process, is final. For disputes relating to account funds, regulatory escalation may be available through pkr3's licensing authority.
pkr3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS notification to their registered Pakistani mobile number at least 7 days prior to the new Terms taking effect, except where an immediate amendment is required for regulatory compliance or fraud prevention purposes.
The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at pkr3.vip/terms-conditions. Continued use of pkr3 after the stated effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using pkr3 and request account closure prior to the effective date.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkr3 holds its gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under consumer protection legislation applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.
